Inscend AI was founded to make artificial intelligence practical, accessible, and impactful for businesses everywhere. Too often, AI feels out of reach for organizations without large technical teams or big budgets — we’re here to change that.
With deep experience in management consulting, we’ve seen how the lack of a clear path to AI adoption leads to missed opportunities. Our solutions address real business needs, integrate seamlessly into existing workflows, and deliver measurable results.

From the founder
Malik Alatshan.
I’m Malik Alatshan, Founder of Inscend AI. My career has taken me through strategy, operations, and investment management roles across industries, from marketing at The Coca-Cola Company, to consulting at EY, to leading enterprise transformation at RBC Capital Markets. Along the way, I’ve seen one consistent challenge: organizations know AI and data can transform their business, but struggle to move from ambition to execution.
I founded Inscend AI to change that. For me, it’s not about chasing hype or implementing technology for technology’s sake. It’s about making AI practical, accessible, and tied directly to outcomes. I believe AI should free people from repetitive tasks, spark new ideas, and help leaders focus on what really drives growth.
I’m a Fulbright Scholar with two master’s degrees in Strategy and Finance from Case Western Reserve University and Texas A&M University. Beyond work, I enjoy running, lifting weights, and spending time with my kids, which keeps me grounded and reminds me why I’m passionate about building a future where technology empowers people.
